Our Mission is to preserve the significant open lands and diminishing natural heritage of Colorado through private and public partnerships, innovative land conservation techniques and strategic leadership.

Over 98% of our revenues are used directly for conservation!
We partner with landowners, national, state-wide, and local land trusts, foundations, corporations and government entities.
We create and apply innovative land protection strategies.
Our staff has over 90 years of combined experience in conservation real estate transactions and fundraising.
We hold 148 conservation easements and maintain a $1.96+ million stewardship endowment to ensure our ability to protect the conservation values entrusted to us by willing landowners.
